High Teck™ 9960 all-purpose performance adhesion promoter improves the performance of all enamel, lacquer and urethane topcoats, sealers and basecoats in adhering to most surfaces. Premium sprayhead provides even application similar to a spray-gun. Great for use on all flexible and rigid plastic parts.
